What do I have to do to get a team to shoot in the League ?

- Click on the 'Register a Team' Button on the Main menu
of the Cheshire League Website.
- Enter on the Webpage
- Your Club Name
- Your Club's League Secretary
- Your Club's League Secretary Email Address.
- Your Club's League Secretary Telephone Number .
- The league you wish to enter the Team into i.e. Compound, Longbow
or
Recurve.
- Your Club's Team Name i.e. Alsager Company of Archer A team could
be
abbreviated to 'ACA A'
- Your Team's estimated Monthly Score
- Press the Submit Button at the bottom of the Page
- Press the Yes button on the popup window ........
- This creates a Email Message that is sent to the League Organiser.
- The League Organiser then takes that Message extracts all the
relevant data.
- The league Organiser will then once the data has been validated send a
Confirmation Email containing the details you entered
on the Webpage plus the Name and
Address to which to send Cheques for the Entry of your Teams
(£5.00 Entry Fee for each Team). Also attached to the Email will be
League Invoice containing all the details of the Team
Entry(s).
- Print off this Invoice and enclose it with your Cheque
for the Teams you have Registered and post as soon
as possible and no later than 8th October
to the League Organiser at the Address sent from him in
his Confirmation Email in step 8.
- Once the correct Entry Fees from each Club has been
received a further confirmation Email will be sent
to say you are fully registered in the League,
included also will a UserID and Password that each Club
League Secretary must use to gain access to
'Submit Team Scores' Webpage.
- Once the Registration Date for Teams has passed then
the League Organiser can then start to calculate which teams go into
what Divisions in what League and also calculate the Fixtures for the
whole of the Season.
- Once this is completed then the League Organiser will post to
the League Website the Divisions and the
Fixtures. Also the Divisions and the Fixtures will
be emailed to each Club League Secretary for them to pin to their
Club's Notice Boards for all their members to see.
- That's it after these steps your Team will be ready to
Shoot in the League at the start of the season in
November.

What
do I have to do to Submit a Team Score ?

- Click on the 'Submit a Team Score' Button on the Main menu of
the Cheshire League Website.
- You should be presented with a Password Protected Webpage asking you
enter your UserID and Password.
- Enter the UserID and Password Emailed to you by the League Organiser
when you paid your League Entry Fees for your Club's Teams.
- If you have entered the UserID and Password correctly you should
be presented with the Submit Team Scores Webpage.
- Enter on this Page your Club Name (Use the Drop Down Menu to Select
the correct Club Name).
- The Month is automatically set for the current month.
- Select the League and Division Number that your Team belongs to.
- Enter details of each of the individual of the team including
- Mr/Mrs/Miss/JB/JG (JB = Junior Boy & JG = Junior Girl)
- Name (Christian & Surname)
- Score, Hits and Golds
- Then the Total Score, Hits and Golds for the Team.
